Ingredients: You need 125 grams of blueberries and an equal amount of raspberries. Also, you need 250 grams of strawberries, half a cup sifted icing sugar mix, 400 grams of yoghurt (vanilla, low-fat), half a cup of cream (thickened, whipped) and a teaspoon orange rind (finely grated).
Directions: Combine cream, half the sugar, orange rid and yoghurt in a bowl. Put all the berries in a bowl as well, and reserve 1/4 of the mixed berries. Use a fork to lightly crush the mixed berries. Add the second half of the sugar. In four glasses, layer the crushed berries and yoghurt mix. Cover it all and refrigerate for half an hour. Top with the reserved berries and serve.

Ingredients: You need a quarter of a cup of Cointreau liqueur, about 300 grams of dark finely chopped chocolate, some fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, banana or orange segments), kiwifruit, raspberries, 300 ml cream (thickened), 250 grams marshmallows.
Directions: Heat cream until almost boiling (use medium heat). Stir in the Cointreau. In a heatproof bowl, add chocolate and pour the cream mix over it. Stir until smooth and melted. Find a warm bowl and pour everything into this one. Serve it with fruit and marshmallows.

Ingredients: For the filling you need half a tablespoon of cinnamon, two tablespoons of butter and an equal amount of corn starch. Also, you need just under a cup of sugar and 29 ounces can of peaches (sliced). For the topping you need one cup flour (self-rising), three tablespoons of shortening, one tablespoon of sugar and half a cup of milk.
Directions: For the filling, heat the oven to about 400 Fahrenheit. Drain the fruit and reserve the liquid. In a saucepan, mix corn starch and sugar. As you bring to boil, stir in the fruit juice. Boil for one min (constantly stir). Add the fruit and pour into 1,5 quart baking dish. Dot the whole thing with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. For the topping, mix sugar and flour, then add milk. Stir until blended. Before you bake it for about twenty five to thirty min, spoon dough onto the fruit. Serve the dessert warm.

Ingredients: This one is easy, you need one cup of sugar, one cup of white rice and about half a gallon of milk (whole milk).
Directions: Combine sugar and rice (use a double boiler). Cover it with milk. Keep the double boiler going, and keep covering it with milk (check every 30 min). Do this process for about five hours (!), until it is tender. Sprinkle everything with cinnamon. Raisins is also good.

(2 votes)5. Warm Berry-Thyme Compote
Ingredients: For this one you need one tbsp butter, 1,5 cup of blueberries and equal amount of blueberries. You need a quarter of a cup of sugar, one tablespoon of lemon juice (fresh), one cup raspberries and about two tbsp of fresh thyme leaves (chopped).
Directions: Melt the butter (use a large frying pan and medium heat). Stir in blue- and blackberries, sugar (0.25 cup), and the lemon juice. Cook it for about four min, until the juices are released from the fruit. Stir in the thyme and add raspberries (stir in). To taste, add more lemon juice and/or sugar. Serve the dessert warm (maybe over ice cream).
